Project Reports

People need to rely on support from suppliers for events and promotions. The Colourplan Print group has proved to so many people that we understand how their project works and take care to meet the demands.

The Regional Theatre’s Main Summer Event

In 2009, The Pulse Fringe Festival presented a broad range of events inside and outside the theatre auditorium in different venues around Ipswich. In 2010 the range of different venues was almost doubled!

This is the second full year of producing promotional print for our regions theatre and Colourplan support The New Wolsey Theatre in meeting their deadlines and their corporate standards.

A Proof Only One Step Short of Production

Sometimes digital PDF’s and flat proofs are not enough to ensure that the financial commitment to full production is commercially justifiable. The text page design for The Week collection of articles had to be printed and bound in hard-back with a printed dust cover, for approval by the people that were funding it. There were 3 copies required, all hand-finished.

Print and Sponsorship for Ipswich Art Festival

Colourplan’s finishing department offered a more cost-effective method of stitching the Ip-art Programme, which led the way to a close relationship for print and distribution by Colourplan for the Arts Festival run by the Ipswich Borough Council. The organizers of the festival worked closely with Colourplan, resulting in sponsorship by The Grapevine, including the Acoustic Stage at Ipswich Music Day.

Plans Bound in Leather for the Launch
